- You have 7 days from the date of receiving your order to request a return.
- To be eligible, the item must be:
Received in a damaged condition or defective. Unused, with original tags and packaging intact. Accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase.
- A return request must be raised within 24 hours of delivery by contacting us at rasikaoverseas187@gmail.com.
- Once approved, we will provide a return shipping label and detailed instructions.
- Items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted.

🚫 Non-Returnable Items

- If approved, your exchange request will be processed, and the replacement product will be delivered within 2 business days of approval.
🆕 Replacement
- If approved, replacement items will be shipped, and delivery will be made within 2 business days from the approval date.
💳 Refund Policy
- Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection.
- If approved, a refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7 business days.
- Please note: Your bank or credit card provider may take additional time to reflect the refund.
