Return and Replacement Policy

Rasika – Return & Replacement Policy

Once an order is confirmed, Rasika does not offer returns or refunds.
However, we will happily assist in the cases mentioned below.


1. Damaged Product

If your product arrives damaged, we will replace it.

Notify us within 2 days at rasikaoverseas187@gmail.com with:

Order number
Invoice photo
Outer box photo
2 product images
Unboxing video showing the damage

Replacements are sent within 7–10 days. Only the damaged item will be replaced.


2. Missing Product

If an item is missing, we will re-send it.

Email within 2 days with:

Order number
Invoice photo
Outer box photo
2 images of the opened box
Unboxing video of all items received

Refunds are not applicable.


3. Spoiled Product

If you suspect spoilage, contact us within 2 days at rasikaoverseas187@gmail.com with:

Order number
Date of packaging / manufacture
Clear images or video of the product

Note: Natural variations in taste, color, texture, or aroma are normal in minimally processed products and are not considered defects.

If spoilage is confirmed, the product will be replaced.
